Ms. Becky Keogh has been named State Infrastructure Coordinator for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
Ms. Keogh most recently served as Secretary of the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment and prior to that as the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality.
Prior to holding the positions of Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment Secretary and Division of Environmental Quality Director, Ms. Keogh’s positions included:
- Health Safety and Environmental Director, BHP Billiton
- Principal Blanz Engineering and Environmental Solutions
- Vice President, Industrial Services, CH2M Hill
- Deputy Director, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality
- Project Engineer, Exxon Chemical
Ms. Keogh also served as President of the Arkansas Environmental Council of the States from 2018-2019.
Ms. Keogh is scheduled to speak at the 61st Annual Arkansas Bar Association’s Natural Resources Conference in March on a topic titled:
Arkansas Infrastructure Strategic Investments –
- Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act
- Inflation Reduction Act
- CHIPS Act
