Alliance Technical Group, LLC, (“ATG”) issued a December 6th news release stating that it had acquired GBMc & Associates (“GBMc”).
ATG states that the acquisition was backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.
GBMc is a Bryant, Arkansas based environmental service firm that has many decades of combined experience in issues involving water, wastewater, stormwater, and 404 permitting. The firm also has expertise in areas such as air permitting, environmental assessments, solid waste management, and human health/ecological risk assessments.
ATG is a Decatur, Alabama, environmental service firm that provides a number of services such as:
- Stack testing
- Leak detection & repair
- Continuous emission monitoring systems
- Mechanical field service
- Analytical and laboratory services
- Ambient air monitoring
- Environmental consulting
Chris LeMay, ATG’s Chief Executive Officer, is quoted in the news release as stating:
. . . The combination of GBMc & Associates’ experience in watershed and land use management, ecological services, and environmental regulatory compliance will help Alliance meet our customers’ growing needs for these unique environmental-related services.
