Terracon has acquired Little Rock, Arkansas environmental service firm Harbor Environmental, Inc. (“Harbor”).
Terracon describes itself as a consulting engineering firm specializing in environmental, facilities geotechnical materials services and has more than 6,000 employees in more than 175 locations.
Harbor was founded under the leadership of Leslie Davis and Trena Adair in 2007. Current Harbor principals include Leslie Davis, Andrew Rike, P.E., and Tresa Adair. This firm’s focus has been on environmental, engineering, and safety services. It employs 38 personnel.
Terracon’s news release announcing the acquisition states that the firm will continue to be headquartered locally as Harbor Environmental, a Terracon Company.
Terracon had previously acquired in 2023 Pollution Management, Inc. (“PMI”) which is described as an established provider of engineering and environmental services with offices in Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Harbor’s President, Leslie Davis, is quoted in the Terracon news release as stating:

We will continue to provide the highest quality expertise and creative solutions we have provided for the last seventeen years, while also growing our reach with access to Terracon’s expansive national resources and multi-disciplined services…
Harbor will continue to operate out of its Little Rock office.
