Terracon has acquired Pollution Management Inc. (“PMI”).
PMI was founded in 1988 as an environmental service firm providing a variety of environmental engineering and technical services out of its Little Rock and Springdale offices.
Terracon describes itself as a consulting engineering firm specializing in environmental, facilities geotechnical and material services and has more than 6,000 employees in more than 175 locations which include offices in Little Rock and Rogers, Arkansas.
The six principals of PMI include:
- Doug Ford, P.E.
- Richard Davis
- Brad Wingfield, P.E.
- Tony Scott
- Greg Wells, P.G.
- Daniel Clark
Terracon in a July 7th news release notes that PMI:
. . . enhances and strengthens our engineering and consulting practice in Arkansas and brings in- house construction capabilities that support our design services. . .
PMI will remain working out of its Little Rock and Springdale offices with the existing staff of 37 employees. It will continue to offer the same services that have been provided in the past and indicated that the addition of Terracon services expands its offering to clients.
