The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (“Commission”) is the environmental policy-making body for Arkansas.
The Commission, with certain exceptions, meets on a monthly basis.
The Commission will meet Friday, March 26th at 9:00 a.m. meeting will be held via Zoom Video Conference.
Because this meeting is being conducted via video conference, persons wishing to make a public comment must email their comments prior to the meeting to comment@adeq.state.ar.us. Public comments received before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25th , will be provided to the Commission prior to the meeting on March 26th.
The Commission meeting will be live-streamed on Arkansas PBS at: https://www.myarkansaspbs.org/arcan/home. If you are unable to access the meeting via television or internet, then please contact EEComms@adeq.state.ar.us to obtain instructions for how to listen via telephone.
