WCA Waste Corporation (“WCA”) announced in a January 14th news release it acquired the Little Rock Division of Central Arkansas Recycling and Disposal Services, LLC (“CARDS”).
WCA describes itself as a vertically integrated, non-hazardous solid-waste services company.
The company operates in the United States and Canada providing solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal services. Its stated focus is primarily secondary markets.
WCA describes the CARDS acquisition as an expansion of its Arkansas solid waste services. The acquisition includes 11 CARDS employees and approximately 200 customers in the Little Rock, Arkansas Market.
CARDS services in Little Rock, Arkansas and surrounding areas are stated to include:
- Roll-off services
- C&D disposal services
