The Arkansas State Marketing Board (“Board”) for Recyclables and Compliance Advisory Panel (“CAP”) is scheduled to hold a quarterly meeting on March 7th.
The meeting will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (“E&E”) Headquarters. E&E is located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The Board meets quarterly and consists of five members who are appointed by the Governor. The Board advises and assists the E&E Division of Environmental Quality with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable materials in Arkansas.
The CAP is described as a federal program established to help small businesses with air permits.
The March 7th agenda includes:
- Determination of the 2023 Stipend
- Amending and approving minutes from the November 2022 meeting
- Discussion of vacant positions
- Setting goals for 2023
A representative from DEQ’s Office of Air Quality will provide an office update to members.
