The annual Arkansas Water Resources Conference (“Conference”) has been scheduled for July 18th-20th in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The full Conference agenda has been issued.
The Conference will be held in the Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences.
The session themes include:
- Water Research and Nonpoint Source Program (Day 1 – July 18)
- Statewide Topics (Day 2 – July 19)
- Local/Small-Scale Watershed Focus (Day 3 – July 20)
Various outdoor recreation options are provided.
Partners identified as participating in the Conference include:
- Arkansas Water Resources Center
- Arkansas Forests &Drinking Water Collaborative
- Beaver Watershed Alliance
- University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Research & Extension
- Arkansas Department of Agriculture
- Illinois River Watershed Partnership
The Conference will also include workshops and field tours and is approved for up to 20 contact hours for directly applicable water license training credit.
