Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Associate Director (Office of Water Quality) Caleb Osborne has been elected a Regional Representative of the Association of Clean Water Administrators (“ACWA”).
The ACWA describes itself as a national, nonpartisan professional organization whose members are the State, Interstate and Territorial officials responsible for the implementation of surface water programs throughout the nation.
Responsibilities of ADEQ’s Office of Water Quality include the implementation of the delegated federal Clean Water Act and related water quality programs.
Mr. Osborne is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and also has a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a Masters of Public Administration from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
