The Association of Clean Water Administrators (“ACWA”) prepared a chart addressing certain items in the United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) budget related to water appropriations.
The title of the chart is:

The Chart compares fiscal year budgets for EPA for FY years 13-16. It also includes FY 17 Enacted P.L. and FY18 President’s Budget Request. The difference between FY17 enacted versus FY18 Request is specified in the Chart.
ACWA describes itself as the independent, nonpartisan, national organization of state, interstate, and territorial water program managers, who implement the water quality programs of the Clean Water Act.
