LITTLE ROCK, AR. – Attorney Michele Allgood presented at the Arkansas Economic Developers and Chamber Executives annual meeting in Little Rock. In the interactive conference session, she shared how communities can facilitate projects and outline the community partners and community engagement needed to make them work. She also engaged participants in “Economic Development Trivial Pursuit” where she answered questions and shared answers to the questions she is most often asked.
Michele has extensive experience in all areas of municipal and public finance in Arkansas including bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, trustee’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel and borrower’s counsel. She represents Arkansas state agencies, municipalities, counties, facility boards and commissions in matters of capital improvement and economic development projects. Michele has experience in taxable, tax exempt, public and private municipal finance transactions and advises clients in general corporate law, business transactions and government relations.
