(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) - Attorney Robbi Riggs has joined Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C in the business and transactional practice. At Mitchell Williams, Riggs will leverage her experience in private practice and government service, as well as her expertise as a certified public accountant, to advise clients on transactional matters across Arkansas, Florida and the mid-south.
Riggs represents banks, developers and other business entities in commercial real estate transactions including purchases, leases and loans. Additionally, she provides legal counsel on the formation and reorganization of business entities and the preparation of tax filings.
In recognition of her professional achievements, Riggs was named an Arkansas Business “Twenty in Their Twenties” honoree in 2022. She is active in the community serving on the Immerse Arkansas board of directors and the Lyon College board of visitors. Riggs is an engaged member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Riggs earned a earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas Little Rock Williams H. Bowen School of Law, a Master of Art in Accounting from Hendrix College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Political Science from Lyon College. As a certified public accountant, her dual expertise in law and accounting positions her as a distinguished asset to the firm.
