LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Oct. 5, 2017) Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard P.L.L.C., Members Jane Duke and Megan Hargraves addressed challenges in health care marketing law and legal and risk management at the Arkansas Hospital Association Annual Meeting on Thursday, Oct. 5.

Hargraves served on a panel to discuss, “Tales from the Trenches: War Stories from the Defense Bar.” The panel brought together attorneys experienced in health care law and defense to discuss real-life experience and focus on recent developments and trends in the industry.
Duke represents insurance companies, corporations, and individuals in cases involving negligence, professional liability and breach of duty on Mitchell Williams’ litigation team.
