(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. has elected attorneys John Alexander in Rogers and David Bingham in Little Rock to the firm’s membership effective Jan. 1.

John Alexander is a trial attorney engaged in a diverse litigation practice. He represents clients in insurance defense, complex litigation and commercial litigation matters involving allegations of abuse, negligence, fraud premise liability and violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
David Biscoe Bingham is a tax and estate planning attorney who represents individuals, couples and families in estate planning and advises entrepreneurs and ownership groups on entity formations. He also assists non-profit entities with formation, operations and qualifying and maintaining tax-exempt status. David is chair of the Arkansas Bar Association’s 501(c)(3) Task Force and a Class II graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
