The Beautiful Buffalo River Action Committee (“Committee”) has scheduled an October 12th public information meeting.
The meeting is stated to be the fourth and final meeting of this organization.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss a voluntary watershed-based management plan for the Buffalo River Watershed.
The Committee was established by Governor Hutchinson in 2016 in order to develop an Arkansas-led, non-regulatory approach to identify opportunities in the Buffalo River Watershed.
The meeting is scheduled to be held from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. in Jasper, Arkansas at the Carroll Electric community room.
