The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (“ANRC”) has public noticed its proposed FY 2020 Intended Use Plans (“IUP”) for:
- Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (“CWRLF”)
- Safe Drinking Water Act Fund (“SDWF”)
The IUPs would be submitted to the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
ANRC describes the CWRLF IUP as encompassing:
. . . potential projects of public waste water system construction and other eligible projects funded by the Arkansas CWRLF, a priority system and priority listing of projects for the coming State Fiscal Year.
ANRC describes the SDWF IUP as encompassing:
. . . the potential projects of public drinking water system construction and other eligible projects funded by the Arkansas SDWF, , a priority system and priority listing of projects for the coming State Fiscal Year.
EPA is also stated to provide funds for the set-aside programs administered by the Arkansas Department of Health. Such funds are included in the SDWF IUP.
Written comments on the proposed document must be submitted to ANRC by the close of business September 15th.
