The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment – Division of Environmental Quality (“DEQ”) has updated its actions in regards to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
DEQ announced that Secretary Keogh directed that DEQ staff begin working remotely effective March 23rd.
The DEQ announcement further states:
Thankfully, the Department is prepared for this type of remote work, and we are equipped to continue our mission to protect the State’s health and environment through regulatory programs, essential department functions, and emergency response efforts.
