The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) issued a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”):

See RFQ #930-RFQ-1801.
ADEQ’s Office of Land Resources states in part that it is seeking responses:

The RFQ also references other tasks such as “preparation of plans and specifications for contracting through Division of Building Authority and preparation of Operational and Maintenance (O & M) Information for Bids (IFB) for contracting through the Office of State Procurement.”
The initial term of the contract is stated to be one year which, if determined to be in the best interest of the State and mutually agreed to by the contractor, can be extended annually for six additional one-year periods for a maximum period of seven years.
