The Arkansas Plant Board (“APB”) issued a notice for a Special Called meeting and public hearing (“Meeting”) to be held on May 3rd.
The purpose of the Meeting is described as considering:
. . . changes for the use of discamba in the State of Arkansas.
The APB meeting notice describes procedures for anyone seeking to provide oral comments at the meeting. Also provided is a link for the agenda and other attachments.
The cutoff to register online to comment at the public hearing is April 29th.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m.
