The Arkansas Advanced Energy Association (“AAEA”) has scheduled its 8th Annual Meeting and Policy Conference (“Conference”) which is titled:
emPOWERing Arkansas 2019
The Conference will be held on October 8th at Heifer International in Little Rock, Arkansas.
AAEA states the Conference will:
. . . bring together advanced energy business leaders, utility executives, policy makers and regulators, and other industry stakeholders to examine the critical advanced energy policy issues facing our state today, and to recognize innovative industry leaders with the Arkansas Advanced Energy Awards.
AAEA describes itself as the business voice for advanced energy in Arkansas. The purpose of the organization is to grow Arkansas’s economy through:
. . . expanded utilization of advanced energy technologies, including energy efficiency, demand response, natural gas electric generation, solar, wind, hydro, nuclear, electric vehicles, alternative fuels and smart grid.
