Erica Linville is a business attorney and focuses her practice on general corporate and transactional matters. Prior to joining Mitchell Williams, she worked for the firm as a law clerk where she partnered with attorneys on a wide range of general corporate matters and research. She also served as a law clerk in the office of the Arkansas Attorney General. While in law school, Erica volunteered in the Tax Clinic where she supported clients involved in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
