The Beaver Watershed Alliance (“BWA”) announced it will be undertaking a webinar presentation addressing forest management.
The webinar will be held on Friday, August 28th, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The webinar is described as providing an “educational short class for landowners of forested lands.” The organization further states that:
This is a great opportunity to learn how YOU can improve YOUR forest to increase wildlife diversity, reduce stormwater issues, and improve the aesthetic appeal of your forests.
Scheduled speakers include:
- Raven Lawson, Watershed Protection Manager with Central Arkansas Water
- Chas McCoy, Watershed Specialist with the Nature Conservancy
- Hugh Lumpkin, Private Lands Biologist with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission
