The Illinois River Watershed Partnership (“IRWP”) is continuing its Online Learning Center.
IRWP states that Week 3 will address:
- Commercial Low Impact Development
- Rotational Grazing
The Commercial Low Impact Development course will address best low impact development practices suited for the area. Topics addressed include:
- Green Solutions to Stormwater Runoff
- Green Stormwater Infrastructure
- Permeable Surfaces
- Rain Gardens and Bioswales
- Green Roofs
The Rotational Grazing discussion will address:
- Overview of Rotational Grazing
- Economics of Grazing
- Fencing
