Jessica Melton is a business attorney and concentrates her practice on transactions and general corporate matters. Prior to attending law school, Jessica worked as a teacher and as a supervisor in a variety of nonprofits where she developed the skills necessary to solve complex problems and lead diverse groups. Jessica’s experience enables her to work with the Corporate Law team to provide clients with prompt, proactive, solution-driven counsel that balances business goals and legal concerns.
