The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) has scheduled a June 26th Continuing Legal Education Conference titled:
Law and Environment (“Conference”)
The Conference will be held at ADEQ headquarters at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Topics are stated to include:
- ADEQ Brownfield Program
- NStEP Environmental Stewardship Program
- Access to Justice: Changing Rules for Changing Times
- Environmental Justice Program
- Family and Medical Leave Act
The Conference is stated to be appropriate for Arkansas lawyers, managers, supervisors, and environmental professionals. Lawyers can obtain up to three hours of CLE credits, including one ethics credit hour for attendance to the presentation addressing Access to Justice.
The Conference is scheduled to run from noon to 4:00 p.m. on June 26th. Registration can be made at ADEQCLE@adeq.state.ar.us.
