David N. Blackorby, Albert J. Thomas and John E. Alexander join team in Northwest Arkansas

Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces David N. Blackorby, Albert J. Thomas and John E. Alexander have joined the firm in Rogers, Ark.
Blackorby joins the firm as counsel and a member the litigation practice group in investigations and corporate compliance. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark University, Northwestern School of Law and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. He comes to Mitchell Williams with over 40 years of experience. He has previously been a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, criminal investigator with the IRS and most recently worked as VP of Global Security at Wal-Mart Corporate Headquarters.
Thomas joins the firm as counsel and will work in the litigation practice group. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville and a Masters in environmental health engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Thomas has 25 years of legal experience in real estate, construction and commercial litigation and oil and gas law. He was most recently at the Thomas Law Firm/Albert J. Thomas III, PLLC.
Alexander joins the firm as associate and a member of litigation practice group. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville in 2015. Alexander previously was with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office where he focused on charity regulation with the antitrust bureau.
