Mitchell Williams Attorney Michele Allgood Presented at the Arkansas Assessors Association Fall Meeting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Attorney Michele Allgood presented during the Arkansas Assessors Association fall continuing education meeting held this week at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock. She discussed Act 9 Bonds. 

Allgood has extensive experience in all areas of municipal and public finance in Arkansas including bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, trustee’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel and borrower’s counsel. She represents Arkansas state agencies, municipalities, counties, facility boards and commissions in matters of capital improvement and economic development projects.
