LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Attorney Michele Allgood presented today at the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (ADFA) Appraisal Managers Seminar discussing Act 9 Bonds.
Allgood has extensive experience in all areas of municipal and public finance in Arkansas including bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, trustee’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel and borrower’s counsel. She represents Arkansas state agencies, municipalities, counties, facility boards and commissions in matters of capital improvement and economic development projects.
