The United States Occupation Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) issued citations for alleged violations by a methane reformer plant in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The OSHA News Release identifies the company as Air Liquide Large Industries US LP (“ALLI”).
ALLI is cited for allegedly:
- Failing to perform air monitoring to assess employee exposure to carbon monoxide gas
- Failing to protect workers from a potentially hazardous atmosphere created by inadequately maintained valves found leaking within the pressure swing adsorption skid
OSHA proposes fines totaling $77,000.
