The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) will co-sponsor a workshop titled:
Pollution Prevention and Lean Principles Training (“Workshop”)
ADEQ is partnering with the University of Texas at Arlington Division for Enterprise Development and its Zero Waste Network to present the Workshop.
The Workshop is described as addressing “some of the most trusted methods for analyzing productivity to reduce your environmental impact.”
The Workshop agenda items include:
- Pollution Prevention and Lean Planning
- Examples of P2
- Pollution Prevention.Tools & Resources
- Lean Tools
- Environmental Management Systems
- Documentation & Measurement
The Workshop will be held on May 23rd and May 24th at the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies in Little Rock, Arkansas.
