The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission announced that it will hold a special called meeting to address comments on amendments to the rules implementing the Water Resource Conservation and Development Act (Title 14).
The amendments are presumably to implement changes provided for in Acts 563 and 875 that were enacted during the 93rd Arkansas General Assembly.
The legislation addressed the following:
- Act 563 (Amends the timeframe for completing certain water projects)
- Act 875 (Changes the available tax incentive for completing certain water projects)
The meeting will be held on April 5th at 3:00 at the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, 1 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas.
