The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (“MDNR”) issued an Order of Suspension of Permit (“Order”) to Welker Pump Service (“Welker”). See Order No. WIS-2024-006.
The Order provides that Welker is the responsible party regarding Permit #00613 for pump installation issued by MDNR.
The Order states that Welker failed to submit pump information reports and pay late fees pursuant to referenced Missouri statutes. Further, MDNR is stated to have issued a Notice of Violation to Welker demanding submittal of pump information reports and late fees for the property owners listed in the Order within 30 days. Therefore, Welker is alleged to have violated the Missouri Water Well Drillers’ Act Section 256.614.1 RSMo by failing to submit the pump information and late fees.
The Order therefore provides that Welker’s permit, pursuant to the Missouri Well Drillers’ Act, is suspended. The permit is stated to be suspended until Welker submits the required pump information report and late fees.
The Order provides certain appeal rights.
