Mr. Kent Thornton and Mr. Brian Haggard undertook a presentation on July 18th at the Arkansas Water Resources Conference titled:
Wicked Problems of Myths, Mis(Dis)information, and Machine Learning (AI)(“Presentation”)
The session theme was “Water Resource and Nonpoint Source Program.”
Kent Thornton is one of the founders and a principal at FTN Associates (“FTN”). FTN is an engineering and environmental consulting firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kent is a Ph.D. Systems Ecologist.
Brian Haggard is the Director of the Arkansas Water Resources Center at the University of Arkansas. He also serves as a Professor in the Biological Engineering Program. He obtained his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University in Biosystem Engineering.
